BORZONASCA: It is placed on the back
of Tigullio gulf, 15 km far form Chiavari, you can reach it covering
"statale 586", between the green woods of Valle Sturla river wich
announce the amenities you'll see.
Once get in this village whose
hystorical center in perfectly preserved, every group of houses
placed on the mountains is easily and quickly reachable.
For art lovers is compulsory a visit
at "Borzone Abbey", precious whole built by Benedecting monk in XII
century. The Abbey consist of 3 element: the bell-tower, the romanic
church and the friary.
Going on this historical path, you
can reach the "Volto Megalitico", sculputered in the stone. It
consist on propiatory symbol wich represent an human coutenance
features are very well sculpted.
If you leave the carriageable-
road, you can get covering a path, after a beautiful exursion to the
remains of medieval church of "S. Martino di Liciorno".
For fischerman (beginner or not)there
is only the embarassement of choosing where spending a pleasant day
in Fishing, because wather is very limpid and rich in fishes.
There's no being expert excursionist
for apreciate the beauties offered by the several streets that from
the bottom of the valley leads to the top of the montains crossing
the paths of "Altavia dei Monti Liguri"
If you want, the see in only 15
minutes you can reach the beautiful ceach of Sestri Levante,
Chiavari, Lavagna and the wonderful "Silenzio Bay", known in all the
world.
If you want visit " 5 Terre", you
have only to go the Chiavari station: there is a train every hour
for Monterosso.
And if you want the society life and
try to meet some star you must go to Portofino wich center is famous
everywhere.
And Last, but not the least you must
go to "Zoagli promenade": it consist on a sheer wich drops from the
chiff to the see.
